Key Responsibilities Accountable for achieving Sales targets for a city / location through Direct efforts or through assigned relationships (DSA / Of rolls resources).
 Market the assigned products and grow the business through existing and new relationships.
 Development of channels for provision of the highest level of service
 Achieve the sales budgets set for a channel or group of channels
 Build and manage direct and indirect sourcing channels
Alternate channels
6)Tele-Sales to achieve the required channel and product mix
 Grow the existing channels and develop alternate sourcing channels
Tele-Sales channels and referral channel to meet the current and future business projections
 Manage profitability – Productivity
Yield and acquisition cost within the budgeted levels..
 Develop locations to deliver the optimum throughput and identify new business opportunities.
 Mentoring of sub-ordinates
