| Key Responsibilities | 1)Acquisition of new channels (banks
NBFC)
2)Servicing exisiting channels
3)Recruiting team of CSOs based on the business potential of the channels
4)Mapping branches/outlets (banks
franchisees of R trade
KARVY etc) to CSOs
5)Training CSOs on products offered
6)Supervision of CSOs and troubleshooting when required
7)Organizing training for channels ( bank staff who are involved in selling / policy issuance – e.g PNB)
8)Planning activities for channels at the branch level
9)Providing infrastructural support to channels for activities like sales promotion (e.g giving banners to R trade etc)
10)Relationship building with the channel partners staff
11)Constant co-ordination with: -
a)Underwriting team for policy approval.
b)Branch operations team for policy issuance.
c)Regional claims team for claims settlement.
d)Finance team for timely disbursement of agent’s commission. |  |
