Key Responsibilities• Should have handled Customer service desk in a Bank/ Mutual Fund / Stock Broking

• Should have handled a front facing job wherein he/she interacted with customers regularly.
• Should have had enough and more experience of handling all kinds of customers
• Should have an inclination to serve and willing to go that extra mile to resolve queries/issues
• Should be matured and patient and able to do a desk job for 7 -8 hours daily.
• Ability for multi tasking.
